Merging lots and contributors

As lots move through the production system, they carry contributor values along with them, so that contributor percentages in the final product can be determined. Sometimes lots are merged, so there are various rules for how AVEVA™ Production Management handles contributor values in lot merging scenarios. Guidelines

• A single lot can have only one contributor value per contribution type.

• Merging lots with different contributor values results in unknown contributor values in the results.
