Configure the Knowledge configuration item

You can configure project-wide settings for Knowledge on the Knowledge configuration item under the System Configuration folder.
Standard Fields folder
The Knowledge configuration item contains a Standard Fields folder to store the standard fields that appear throughout Knowledge. For more information, see About Knowledge standard fields.
