Delete a Downtime record

Important: This procedure is available to authorized users.
Deleting a Downtime record does not remove it from the AVEVA Production Management database. The record is marked as deleted and AVEVA Production Management does not include the record in any calculations or reporting.
To delete a Downtime record

In the results grid, right-click the Downtime record to delete and click Delete.

Click Yes to confirm record deletion.

Note Deleted records are not physically deleted from the system, but are flagged as Deleted. Deleted records can be displayed by filtering for Deleted. Alternatively, you can design the filter to exclude Deleted records from the results.
To undelete a Downtime record

In the results grid, right-click the Downtime record and click Undelete. This removes the delete flag from the record.
The keyboard shortcut for Undelete is Del [on numeric keyboard] + Shift, which displays in the shortcut menu as Decimal point (.) + Shift.
