Uninstall AVEVA Production Management

Perform the following tasks before you uninstall AVEVA Production Management to avoid any issues that may come up when you reinstall it.

1. Back up project databases and configuration files if necessary.

2. Stop and exit AVEVA Production Management service manager.

3. If you already have the AVEVA Production Management Web Client working with AVEVA Production Management in your environment, do these:

   1. Open the Web Client service manager, stop all microservices, and properly exit from the Web Client service manager from the system tray.

      

   2. Ensure that the Web Client service manager is no longer running in the background.

Uninstall AVEVA Production Management

• Go to the Control Panel > Programs and Features window, search for AVEVA Production Management 2024 and uninstall.
