Email notification properties

Calendar

Enables you to choose the notification period from any of the defined periods in the project.

Click Browse (...) to open the Select Calendar dialog box. Choose a period definition and click OK.

Displays the combination of outside and within selections.

Specify whether to enable or disable notifications that occur outside the selected period.

Select False so AVEVA™ Production Management does not send email notifications when conditions occur outside the chosen time period.

Specify whether to enable or disable notifications that occur within the selected period.

Select True so AVEVA™ Production Management sends email notifications for conditions that occur within the chosen time period.

ToAddress

The email address to receive the email notification.

Valid email address

HistoricalNotificationPeriod

The amount of time prior to the current server time that a notification remains valid to send. If historical events have occurred outside the notification period window, they are not be sent.
