Display the Planning Analysis view

The Analysis view is a Planning data view in AVEVA Production Management that shows Planning records and a Gantt chart. The purpose of the Analysis view is to provide a visual interface to analyze how production time was planned versus how production time was actually used.
Clipped Planning durations
If a Planning record continues past the time period in a filter, you may be interested in either the full duration of the Planning event, or only the clipped portion of time that occurs within the time period. This applies to both actual durations and planned durations.
Planning data results display the clipped Planning duration followed by the full time duration. The clipped time is the time that occurs only within the time filter window.
To display the Planning Analysis view
The location that you select and the filters that you apply determine the Planning data that displays in the grid and charts.

Switch to the Planning module.

In the Location pane, select a location that contains a Planning reporting point

In the View Selection pane, under View, select PlanningReportingPoint - Analysis to see the Analysis view for that reporting point.
Planning Analysis view supports 'with recurse'
The Planning Analysis view supports the 'with recurse' option in both Production Analyst and web services. The 'with recurse' option means that data from all subfolders is included.
