Each Calculated Quality reporting point comes with a set of standard fields that are default for all Calculated Quality reporting points. These fields are supplied by the Quality configuration item.

List of Calculated Quality standard fields

This is a list of possible standard fields for Calculated Quality. Depending on configuration, you may see a subset of these fields.

Standard Field

Description

Confirmed By

The ConfirmedBy standard field contains the name of the user who confirmed the record.

Confirmed Date Time

The ConfirmedDateTime field contains the date and time when the user confirmed the record.

Comment

The Comment field contains any comments that are associated with the record.

Created By

The CreatedBy standard field contains the name of the creator of the record. If AVEVA™ Production Management created the record, the field does not contain a value.

Created Date Time

The CreatedDateTime standard field contains the creation date and time of the record.

Error Level

The Error Level standard field specifies error level for filtering purposes. The Filter builder in Production Analyst allows filtering on Error Level for events. The filter options are: None, Both, Error, Warning.

Has Error

The HasError standard field indicates that the record has an issue that could prevent it from being processed.

Has Pending Changes

The HasPendingChanges standard field indicates whether the event has pending changes for reprocessing.

Id

The Id standard field contains a unique ID that a database generated for the record.

Is Deleted

The IsDeleted standard field indicates whether the status of the record is deleted. AVEVA™ Production Management does not physically delete records; it marks the record with a flag to indicate a deleted record. You can filter deleted records from view, but they remain available in case you want to view them again.

Is Finalized

Indicates whether the quality event is finalized. A finalized event cannot be changed.

Last Modified By

The LastModifiedBy standard field shows the last AVEVA™ Production Management user to modify the record. Last Modified By is captured on non-system generated changes to custom and standard fields. This does not include Record creation and Confirmation as they have their own fields. System generated records will show the LastModifiedBy field as blank.

Location Identifier

The LocationIdentifier is a unique identifier for a reporting point from an external system. For example, a reporting point in SAP has an identifier. You enter the SAP identifier into the LocationIdentifier property so that AVEVA™ Production Management recognizes the SAP reporting point. The LocationIdentifier cannot be the same as any other LocationIdentifier or EquipmentIdentifier.

Lot Group

A lot group enables you to define specific lots as being related to each other, or belonging to the same group. When lots are moved in and out of work centers, this can impact the queue behavior. You can specify that lots belonging to a specific lot group are prioritized in the queue.

Modified By

The ModifiedBy standard field contains the name of the last user to modify the record.

Modified Date Time

The ModifiedDateTime field contains the date and time when the record was last modified.

Object Id

The ObjectID standard field contains the full name of the reporting point for the record; for example, Plant.Area1.Process4.ProductionLine. The default display name for this field is Location. For Metrics, ObjectId is a filter to query records by the Location that the user selects in the Filter Builder.

Quality Event Type

The QualityEventType field specifies Material Quality or Calculated Quality.

Record Date Time

The RecordDateTime field is a creation timestamp provided by an external system to check that AVEVA™ Production Management recognizes the most up-to-date value for the record.

Record Identifier

The RecordIdentifier field is a unique field in Process Quality that matches a Quality record with movements where the SampleIdentifier field is the same as the value you enter in the Quality RecordIdentifier field. The quality data may be late arriving. For example, two movements into StockpileA have a SampleIdentifier of ESID1. Later, when you add a Quality record, you enter ESID1 in the RecordIdentifier field. AVEVA™ Production Management uses the value entered in the Quality RecordIdentifier field to match the record with any movements where the SampleIdentifier is ESID1.

Sample Date Time

The SampleDateTime standard field contains the collection date and time of the data, which may or may not be the same as the creation date and time of the record.
