Display the Balance By Lot Group view

The Balance By Lot Group view displays the current balance at work centers or work units grouped by Lot group.

  • The results grid shows Inventory records for the selected location in the plant hierarchy. You can specify the grouping of these records.

  • In the Charts pane, you can view a summary chart of the material balances.

  • The Balance By Lot Group view accepts work centers and work units for source or destination equipment locations.

To display the Balance by Lot Group view

The location that you select and the filters that you apply determine the Inventory data that displays in the grid and charts.

  1. Switch to the Inventory module.

  2. In the Location hierarchy, select the equipment to view the associated Inventory records in the results grid and the Chart panel.

  3. In the View Selection pane, click Balance By Lot Group.

View Calculated Inventory data

Custom Calculated Inventory fields display in the Balance by Lot Group view. In this view, the values are read-only, but filterable.

View Calculated Quality data

Custom Calculated Quality fields also display in the Balance by Lot Group view. In this view, the values are read-only. When the cell appears green, the calculated value is overridden with a manual value.
