Delivery Channels - MailWorkList

The MailWorkList delivery channel allows users to view and act on assigned tasks through email. The Approval activity email includes action links (e.g., approve or reject) that allow users to respond directly from their email.
Note: POP3 supports all Human Activities - Approval, Choice, Checklist, and Task.
To configure 'MailWorkList' option in the Delivery Channels Property

In the Process Designer, drag and drop the Approval activity on to the design area. The activity properties pane of the selected activity appears on the right side of the design area.

In the Activity Properties pane, expand the Configuration node and select the Delivery Channels property.

In the Delivery Channels window, select the MailWorkList check box in the Channels section.

Click Save Channels and Close.

Set all the other properties and click Publish and Test Run.
