Create a Public View

This section provides detailed procedures for creating a Public view.

The Public view option can be chosen when you want to allow all the users to view the list items.

Scenario

Consider the case of Support Incident List items. The Telematics representative wants to create a view that can be displayed to all the users. The Administrator can select the Public View option to make all the three views accessible to the end users.
