New features and enhancements

  • Added the following System.IO.File methods to the blocked list in Script Activity to improve security: AppendAllLines, Copy, Create, CreateText, Move, OpenWrite, WriteAllBytes, WriteAllLines, and WriteAllText. For a complete list of allowed namespaces and blocked keywords, see Allowed namespaces and blocked keywords.

  • Base Form CSV import now populates a user-specified csvheadersMap variable with imported CSV column headers, enabling custom header mapping before form population.

Resolved issues

  • Packages exported between June 29, 2026 and July 28, 2026 may fail to import after the July 28, 2026 deployment. Re-export the affected packages after the July 28, 2026 deployment before importing them.

New features and enhancements

  • Enhanced data security through improvements to the product's encryption strategy.

  • Database Lookup and Web API Lookup configurations now recognize parameter changes and retain existing parameter values and bindings.

  • This update supports the latest version of the AVEVA Work Tasks Pro mobile apps (8.3.0) for Android and iOS. Older app versions are no longer compatible. The Windows app is not supported and is expected to remain unavailable for approximately two months.

  • Added validations to Database activity and Database lookup to prevent invalid or unsafe queries.

  • To support ongoing system maintenance, data related to completed workflow executions is retained for six months and may be automatically purged thereafter.

  • Security fixes and operating system updates: For POP3 connections using OAuth 2.0, only the following whitelisted domains are allowed in the OAuth2 Token URI field: login.microsoftonline.com, accounts.google.com, and oauth2.googleapis.com.

Resolved issues

  • Newly added columns in existing tables were not included in the package SQL script during rebuild operations.

  • Package import failed due to version format changes impacting packaging functionality.

  • Support for importing data into Base Form using CSV files.

  • Database Activity enhancements:

    • Parameter values are retained even when parameters are added or removed for queries, functions, and stored procedures.

    • SQL Server parameters now support handling of null values (treated as database NULL) and automatic extraction of default values for stored procedures.

  • Upgraded Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules to enhance security.
