Export Forms

Export a form to save the form as an XML document.

The XML schema defines the controls and properties of the controls for the form. After successfully exporting a form, you can  import the XML document to create similar forms.

To export a form

1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

2. Right-click on a form, and then click Export Form. A message bar appears.

3. Click OK. The Save As dialog box appears.

4. Click Save. The list is exported as an XML document, and the Save As dialog box is closed.

To export a form in Forms Designer

5. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

6. Right-click on a form, and then click Design Form (or click on a form, and then on the action bar, click Design). The Forms Designer page appears.

7. On the action bar, click Export. The list is exported as an XML document.
