Package Installation - Prerequisites

While installing a package, if the prerequisites defined for the package are not installed, the Package Installation page appears. This page displays the list of all the packages which are set as prerequisites, along with the version number and the status.

Column Name

Description

Name

Name of the package which is set as prerequisite.

Version

The version of the package template as in the source environment.

Higher Version

Displays either Yes or No.

  • Yes appears if the option Consider higher version if selected version does not exist in target environment is selected, while designing the package template.

  • No appears if the option Consider higher version if selected version does not exist in target environment is not selected, while designing the package template.

Status

This column displays the following different statues:

  • Installed: This status appears when the prerequisite is installed in the target environment.

  • Updated: This status appears when the prerequisite is updated in the target environment.

  • Uninstalled: This status appears when the prerequisite is uninstalled in the target environment.

  • Not Installed: This status appears when the prerequisite is imported to the target environment but not installed.

  • Not Imported: This status appears when the prerequisite is not imported to the target environment.
