Effects of Lock and Unlock on User Defined List

The Lock option in the context menu will be available for the list items of a User Defined list only if the option Enable Lock is set to Yes for the respective User Defined List. When lock is enabled, the user defined list can be locked and other users will not be able to edit or modify it.

The Lock option in the context menu will not be available for the list items of a User Defined List when the option Enable Lock is set to No for the respective User Defined List. When lock is disable, the User Defined List cannot be locked and other users will be able to edit or modify it.
