Example to Configure BAM Alerts

Example:

An Administrator for the Travel Desk Process needs to monitor the following:

• The count of domestic bookings that exceed the threshold value defined by him. This can be achieved by setting BAM alerts.

• The total number of pending workflows or the number of pending workflows for a specific period.

The first scenario can be achieved by creating a KPI with the data point ‘Domestic’ with the Threshold Value set. The second scenario can be achieved by setting the threshold value for the Overdue total count or for a specific period of time.
