Business Activity Monitoring Alert

Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) Alert provides information regarding the process status, activity status, and gives more access to the status information. BAM alert enables the events for critical data change in the process against the threshold value (maximum or minimum) set by the user. Thus BAM alert notifies the user about the current status of the process and enables the user to control it.

BAM features

• Alerts for Business Activity Thresholds
  This feature enables to configure an alert for Business Activity threshold and sends KPI/Overdue alerts as emails with embedded graphs. See Alerts for Business Activity Thresholds for more details.

• BAM Events Associations
  This feature provides the user to associate the workflow with a new BAM event based on settings made on Overdue Analysis or KPIs. These settings will be executed when the BAM Report is being processed. Decisions can be made effectively by using this. See BAM Events Associations for more details.

• BAM Workflow
  This feature allows the user to create a BAM workflow. On creation of the BAM workflow, BAMData and SKEventData Xmlvariables are created in the Start action. When user attaches the BAM Event to trigger the BAM workflow then these XML variables are populated with the data that can be used further. See BAM Workflow for more details.
