You can configure Inbox settings to view the list of work items in groups. You can sync all the work items in the Inbox and also set the number of work items to sync.
To enable and disable Show in Groups
The Show in Groups feature is disabled by default. You need to enable it to group work items based on the value of the work item field created.
To enable it,

On the Settings screen, tap Inbox and then tap the Show in Groups toggle switch.
The Show in Groups feature is enabled and you can view the work items in groups.
To disable it,

On the Settings screen, tap Inbox and then tap the Show in Groups toggle switch.
The Show in Groups feature is disabled, and the default work items list is displayed.
To enable and disable Sync All Work Items
The Sync All Work Items feature is disabled by default. You need to enable it to sync all the work items in the Inbox.When it is disabled, only 50 to 1000 work items is synced.
To enable Sync All Work Items,

On the Settings screen, tap Inbox and then tap the Sync All Work Items toggle switch.
The Sync All Work Items feature is enabled and all the work items in the Inbox are synced.
To disable Sync All Work Items,

On the Settings screen, tap Inbox and then tap the Sync All Work Items toggle switch.
The Sync All Work Items feature is disabled, and only 50 to 1000 work items are synced.
