Integration with Microsoft Office Outlook

Activities configured to be sent by the mail channel allow users to act on these activities from Microsoft Office Outlook Inbox. This requires that the user machine has the AVEVA Work Tasks Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook installed. See the Administrator Guide for information about installing this add-in.
