The AVEVA Work Tasks Calendar interface enables the creation of hierarchical organization and resource calendars. These calendars are used to determine resource availability, calculate timeouts and perform other scheduling functions.

The user can add a new calendar or configure the resource calendar.
The personalization settings for the Calendar are similar to those of the Inbox Web Part page; however, the properties available in the editor zone differs.

The user can edit any of the available properties to modify the web part. For more information, see Out-of-the-Box Web Parts page.
