This home page is typically designed for users who, for example, play the role of a Division Head. Users in the Contributor security group are generally assigned to Home Page 2. (For general information on security group assignments, see Web Part enabled home pages)
Home Page 2 includes three default Web Part zones. The default Web Parts placed in these zones are:

Web Part Zone Header: Work Item List Web Part

Web Part Zone Left: BAM Workflow Statuses Web Part

Web Part Zone Right: BAM Workflow Instances Web Part
Users with the appropriate security rights can add additional Web Parts to any of these zones.
