Install and Configure Work Tasks Pro Application

This topic gives you step by step instructions to install and configure the Work Tasks Pro application in a mobile device.
Steps to Install Work Tasks Pro Application

Download the Work Tasks Pro application from the relevant store. The Work Tasks Pro icon appears on the device screen.

Tap Accept to agree to the End User License Agreement and configure the Work Tasks Pro application.
Note:
- Ensure all permissions the app requests are granted, otherwise one or more functionalities
of the app may be disabled, or the app may not work as expected.
- The app should be relaunched if the permissions are changed.
Configuring Work Tasks Pro Application
To get started with using the Work Tasks Pro app, you need to set the configuration.
Accessing Account
If you are opening the application for the first time, the Manage Account screen appears automatically.

To access the Manage Account screen, swipe from the left edge of the screen, and then tap Manage Account.
Configuring Server

Server Path: Enter the URL of the Enterprise Console. For using the application with Azure, enter the Azure URL of the Enterprise Console.
Note: The Enterprise Console must be set up with anonymous authentication. For more information, see Accessing Work Tasks Pro in the Administrator Guide.

Repository: In the Repository list, tap on a repository name. When you tap on the repository control, the repositories and providers are populated.

Provider: In the Provider list, tap on a provider name.
Accessing through CONNECT
If your account is added as a federated user account to CONNECT, you are automatically navigated to the AVEVA Login page (company login page).
To access CONNECT,

In the Email box, type your email ID.

Click Sign In.
The CONNECT Home page appears.
Note: If you do not have the privileges to access CONNECT, an error message appears indicating that you are not authorized to access this account.
Accessing through Microsoft Entra ID
You can log into the app using Microsoft Entra authentication. Select the repository that is created with Microsoft Entra user provider and then click Sign In to access the app.
Note: If you access Enterprise Console and Central Configuration sites from the same browser, the sites get clashed.
Saving Configuration

LOG ON: Tap to save the configuration information and log in to the application.
Delete Account
You can clear all the settings configured for an account.

In the Manage Account screen, tap the Overflow Menu.

Tap Delete Account.
All the settings configured for the account are cleared.
Note: When you delete an account or log off, you need to kill the app and launch it again. The app needs to be killed and relaunched only when CONNECT provider is configured.
