Secure Process Designer

AVEVA Work Tasks security allows the user to secure the Process Designer. The security mechanism provides access to the Process Designer, rights to users and informs the user about who can access the Process Designer rights.

• Users can avail the security feature to secure the Process Designer in their business process management. The Process Designer can be secured in different ways. Users can control all most all features in the Process Designer.

• You can provide restricted access to a set of users to view, new folder, delete, design, publish, unpublish, associate and security settings features in the Process Designer.

• You can provide restricted access to a set of users to Save As different versions, Disable/Enable Item, View Associations features in the Process Designer.

• You can provide restricted access to a set of users to access all activities category (Human, Integration, Communication) and can restrict them to some activities and properties in the activities category.

• You can give control to a set of users to access menus (File, Edit, Publish, Tools, Settings, Wizard, Test Run and Help) and their sub-menus.
