Forms

Use the Forms page to create, organize, import, save, design, publish, manage, secure, and associate forms to workflows.

To access Forms

  • In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

    The Forms page shows the title, description, bound to workflow, owner, version, item status, and last modified date for the forms.

Forms Interface

Forms interface has breadcrumbs, an action bar, and a list of forms.

Breadcrumbs

Breadcrumbs display the path to the child form or folder, and has commands to customize and view the list of forms.

Default view to display the list of forms.

Create View

Create a new view to display the list of forms.

Action Tool Bar

Action tool bar has commands to manage forms and folders. Standard commands are available all the time whereas contextual commands are available only when a form is selected.

Change Owner

Associate

Associate the form to a workflow.

List

List of forms shows the title, description, bound to workflow, owner, version, item status, and last modified date for the forms. Click on a column to sort the forms.

Filter Bar

Filter bar can help to quickly find the desired forms from the list of forms. Filter bar has a funnel button and a parameter area for every column of the forms list. The filter button shows the available filter options and the parameter area is for entering the filter criteria. The filter bar is hidden by default. Right-click on the column header, and then click Filter Bar, to access the filter bar. For more information about filter bar, see Filter Forms.

List Shortcut Menu

List shortcut menu has commands to manage the form. The list of commands available is dynamic and changes when the form is locked or disabled. Right-click on a form to access the shortcut menu.
