User Defined List when Lock is Disabled

The Lock option in the context menu will not be available for the list items of a User Defined List when the option Enable Lock is set to No for the respective User Defined List. When lock is disable, the User Defined List cannot be locked and other users will be able to edit or modify it.
Scenario
Consider a list Inventory Purchase Order for which lock is disabled. Kevin opens the list item Purchase of Laptops of Inventory Purchase Order. When Lee logs in and accesses the list item Purchase of Laptops, he will be able to edit or modify it and all options available for Kevin will be available for Lee as well since the list item is not locked.
The table below shows the actions which Kevin and Lee can perform on the list item Purchase of Laptops which is locked by Kevin.
