Add a Resource Mapping

To add a new resource mapping at the List level:

  1. Access the URL https://worktasks.connect.aveva.com/EC123456789.

  2. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then select any list.
    For example, select the Workflows list. The Workflow page appears.

  3. On the Action bar, click Security to set security at the List level. The security settings page appears.
    By default, the Standard Settings tab is selected.

  4. Click the Advanced Settings tab to enable list level security at the Workflow list level.
    The Enable List Specific Security indicates that the Workflows list does not have list specific security.

  5. Click Enable List Specific Security. The Enable Security Wizard page appears.

  6. Check Resource Mapping to change the mapping of the role or user at the Workflows list level.

  7. Click Next. The Enable Security Wizard page appears.

  8. Click Next. The Security Group Mapping page appears. You can add a resource mapping, edit a resource mapping, or delete a resource mapping.

  9. On the action bar, click New to add a new resource mapping. The Mapping : Role to a Security Group appears.

  10. Follow the same steps as explained in Create a Resource Mapping for mapping role and user.
