Access Denied for Central Configuration

Issue

When you access the Central Configuration site after accessing the Enterprise Console site in the same browser, the following error message appears:

Access is Denied. An error occurred while accessing the resources required to serve this request. The server may not be configured for access to the requested URL.

Solution

Clear the browser cache and access the Central Configuration site again.
