When you package a Security Group which is associated to a workflow when the options requires approval or requires approval with prompt selected, the associated workflow also gets packaged.

In the Mapping of Security Right with Workflow grid, you must specify the version of the workflow in target environment to which you want to map the security right.

  • If you do not edit the Target version field and retain the default value as "Latest", then the latest version of the workflow will be mapped to security group in the target environment.

  • If you do not specify the target version, the security group will be mapped to the source version of the workflow in the target environment. If the source version of the workflow is not present, then the latest version of the workflow will be mapped to the security group.

  • If the target version of the workflow is not present in the target environment, then the latest version of the workflow will be mapped to the security group in the target environment.
