Connection Errors

If you come across errors while connecting to the repository, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

Network errors or slow connectivity error

Enterprise Console is Windows authenticated and not anonymous authenticated

Loss of Device

Contact the administrator to block your application in order to prevent unauthorized access of the application. Note that once the application is blocked, the work items that have not been acted upon are cleared and no more notifications will be received. However, when you activate the application on another device, you can retrieve all the work items.

Error while loading the Forms

In the iOS app, error occurs while loading the Forms due to the following reasons:

Unicode characters are not supported. Avoid using them in Forms scripts.

Synchronous calls made to the server are timed out after 10 seconds (for Safari browser).

Outbox items not sent to server

Sometimes the outbox items are not sent to the server even though the app is connected to the server.
To send the outbox items to server, first turn-off the Wi-Fi of your mobile device or disconnect VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection in the device.
When the server is shown as not available in the app, turn on the Wi-Fi or VPN connection. As soon as the connection to the server is established in the app, the outbox items get pushed to the server.
