Manage Security Rights

This option allows user to Add, Modify, View and Delete Security Rights. Security Rights which are part of Security Groups are used to set for Lists and List Items. Users will have access rights as defined in the Security Group definition, that they belong to. The page lists all the standard rights that are provided.

To open Manage Security Rights

1. Login to the Enterprise Console.

2. Point to admin, and then click Repository Settings. The Repository Settings page appears.

3. Click the Advance Settings tab.

4. Click Manage Security Rights. The Security Right window displays all the security rights.
   

Note: If a user is assigned with additional privileges while the user is logged on to the Enterprise Console site, these privileges will not have an immediate effect. The user must log out of the Enterprise Console site and wait for five minutes for the changes to take effect.
