Unpublish workflow

Unpublish a workflow to deactivate the workflow. When a workflow is unpublished, existing instances of the workflow are completed, and no new instances of the workflow are created.
To unpublish a workflow

In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Workflows.
The Workflows page appears.

Right-click on a workflow, and then click Unpublish (or click on a workflow, and then on the Action bar, click Unpublish).
The workflow is unpublished and a message bar appears.

Click Close.
The message bar is closed.
To unpublish multiple workflows

In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Workflows.
The Workflows page appears.

Select multiple workflows, and then on the Action bar, click Unpublish.
The workflows are unpublished and a message bar appears.

Click Close.
The message bar is closed.
