Secure Actions in Manage Package

In the Manage Package List in the target environment, you can import, edit, run, install, update, and uninstall a package.

In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, click Package, and then click Manage Package.
The Manage Packages page appears.
Using the Manage Package List rights, you can control the user from installing and uninstalling the package.
