BAM Events in Enterprise Console Site

To associate a BAM event to trigger a workflow

1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Workflows. The Workflows page appears.

2. Select the workflow to be associated.

3. On the action bar, click Associate. The New Association wizard appears.

4. Alternatively, select and right-click the workflow to be associated. Click Create Associations.

5. Click BAM to associate the workflow with BAM events.

6. In the Workflow drop-down list, select the Travel Desk Process workflow.

7. In the Based On drop-down list, select either Overdue Analysis or KPI Analysis. In this example, select KPI Analysis.

8. Click Select Slot.

9. Select the Travel Desk KPI option.

10. In the Domestic drop-down list, select GreaterThan.

11. Click Select.

12. Select the date range using the Effective From and Effective To options.

13. Click Attach Event. A message about successfully associating the event appears.

14. Click OK.

The event gets associated to the workflow. When the BAM Report of selected workflow is being processed or the event is raised, the workflow gets triggered.
