AVEVA Work Tasks list has the following controls:
Process Designer
This control is used to design workflows. You can secure the Process Designer by controlling the access to categories, actions, properties and menus.

Business Activity Monitoring (BAM)
This control is used to monitor reports. You can secure the BAM control by controlling the access to reports based on workflows scope like who initiated a workflow, who owns a workflow, and the workflows owned by others.
You can control the menus like Dashboard, Analyze, and Execution etc. based on user privileges.
You can also control the views like Analysts, Progress and Execution based on user privileges.

Work Item
This control is used to view and act on all the work items assigned to the user. You can secure work items by controlling access to the work item features like forwarding work item, setting alternate actor, setting preference, viewing queue, viewing resource calendar, and viewing work item control.

Calendar
This control is used to set the calendar details of the organization like working hours, holidays and etc. You can secure the Calendar by controlling the access to adding new calendars, deleting calendars, viewing calendars, viewing base calendars, and viewing calendar control.

You can secure queue by controlling the access to adding new queues and viewing the queue control.
