Set the Threshold Value in BAM

To set the threshold value in BAM

  1. In the Process Designer, point to Settings, and then click BAM Configuration. The BAM Configuration window appears.

  2. Define the required threshold value.

    1. Threshold value settings for Overdue

    2. Threshold value settings for KPI Data Points level

    3. Threshold value settings for KPI(s) level

To set the threshold value settings for Overdue

  1. In the Overdue Analysis tab, set the threshold value for the total pending count or for a specific period of time.

  2. In the Total Pending Workflows Threshold drop-down, set the threshold value for the total pending workflows.

  3. In the Slot Period drop-down, select the slot period for defining the threshold values in each slot.

  4. In the Threshold drop-down, select the threshold value.

  5. Click Save

    To set the threshold value settings for KPI Data Points level

    1. Click the KPI Data Points tab to define the data points. The KPI Data Point(s) Data Point page appears.

    2. Click New.

    3. In the dialog box that appears, type a name for the KPI Data Points in the Name box.

    4. Create a condition based on the requirements.

    5. Click Insert to enter the condition.

    6. Click Save.

      Threshold value settings for KPI(s) level

      1. Click the KPI(s) tab to define thresholds for the created KPI Data Points. The Key Performance Indicators for the Workflow page appears.

      2. Click New KPI.

      3. In the Name box, type a name for the KPI.

      4. Click Add New to add a new Data Point.

      5. From the KPI Data Point drop-down, select a data point to attach.

      6. From the Threshold drop-down, select Value.

      7. Click the Insert icon.

      8. Click Save.
