Why the user is not able to view other user items in the Grid?

Problem: The user is unable to view the list items in the grid.

Resolution: Follow the steps given below to view the other list items in the grid:

  1. Check the user security group and rights.

  2. Ensure that the Show Only Owned Item right is set to False for the user.

  3. Ensure that the Can Consume Item and Can View Others Draft Items rights are set to True for the user.
