Integrating Work Tasks Service with Asset Information Management-Advanced (AIM-A)

You can integrate Work Tasks service with Asset Information Management Advanced (AIM-A) in CONNECT to manage integrations. You can use the Ingestion API to point to AIM-A in the same folder.

To manage integrations with AIM-A:

1. Log on to CONNECT using your credentials.

2. On the main menu, click Folder Management.

3. On the Folder Management page, locate the Work Tasks service for which you want to manage integrations.

4. On the Work Tasks service card, click the vertical ellipsis button to select the option Manage integrations.

   The Manage Integrations for Work Tasks dialog box gets displayed.

   

   Note: The Work Tasks service must be active to manage integrations.

5. Toggle the switch to ON position to enable integration.

6. Provide the respective activity API URLs that has been setup with AIM-A account.

   • For Ingestion Activity, provide the Ingestion API URL.

   • For Asset Search Activity, provide the Asset Search API URL.

   

7. Click Confirm to confirm the integration. The integration is enabled.

   Note: If you want to disable an integration, move the switch to the OFF position.
