Example of Scheduling Tasks Using Scheduler Event

Consider a scenario where you have already created a workflow and want to execute the workflow every day on an hourly basis during 15th June 2009 to 30th June 2009.
To achieve the same, follow the given steps:

Log on to the Enterprise Console.

From the Enterprise Console pull-down menu, select Workflows.

Design and publish a workflow.

Select this workflow and then select Associate from the ribbon bar, or select Create Association from the context menu.

Click Scheduler to schedule workflow to run.

Select Start Date.

Select End Date.

Select Daily from Schedule Task drop-down list.

In the Schedule Task Daily section, enter '1' in the Every text box.

Check Repeat Task. In this section, enter '1' in the Every text box and Hours from drop-down list.

In the Workflow Details section, select Latest from the Version drop-down list.

Click Attach Event. A confirmation window appears.

Click OK.

To check whether workflow is triggered or not on specified duration, select Inbox from the Enterprise Console Menu button.
