Filter Forms

Filter forms to quickly find the forms you are looking for from the list of forms. Filtering forms is useful especially when there are a large number of forms.

To apply a filter for the forms

  1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

  2. Right-click the column header, and then click Filter Bar. The filter bar appears.

  3. Enter a value in the filter bar for a column, and then press Enter.

  4. Click the Funnel button on the column, and then click a filter option. The filter option is selected.

  5. Click Apply All Filters. The filtered result appears.

To clear a filter for the forms

  1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

  2. Right-click the filter bar (or click the Funnel button on the column), and then click Clear All Filters. The filtered result is cleared.

    Filter Options

    Filter forms using one of the filter option for each column:

    Option

    Description

    Not Set

    Show forms without applying any filters. This is the default filter option.

    Greater Than or Equal To

    Show forms where the value of the column is greater than or equal to the specified value.

    Greater Than

    Show forms where the value of the column is greater than the specified value.

    Equal To

    Show forms where the value of the column is equal to the specified value.

    Does Not Equal To

    Show forms where the value of the column is not equal to the specified value.

    Less Than or Equal To

    Show forms where the value of the column is less than or equal to the specified value.

    Less Than

    Show forms where the value of the column is less than the specified value.

    Is Between

    Show forms where the value of the column is between the specified inclusive range of values.

    Is Not Between

    Show forms where the value of the column is not between the specified inclusive range of values.

    Is Null

    Show forms where the value of the column is null.

    Is Not Null

    Show forms where the value of the column is not null.

    Is Empty

    Show forms where the value of the column is an empty string.

    Apply All Filters

    Apply all filters set for the columns.

    Clear This Filter

    Clear all filters set for a column.

    Clear All Filters

    Clear all set filters.
