Manage and Secure Forms

To manage and secure forms, you can do the following:

• Lock Forms

• Unlock Forms

• Disable Forms

• Enable Forms

• Filter Forms

• Change Ownership of Forms

• Set Security of Forms

You can also view properties of a form to see versions and child items for the form.

View audit history of a form to see date, time and user information when the form was locked and unlocked, and when the form owner or version was changed.

Create a form link to add a form to the menu, and to set a form as the home page.
