Sent Items

You can view the items, which are already sent. You can also forward the item, if required.

To view Sent Items

  • Swipe from the left edge of the screen, and tap Sent Items.

    The sent work items are listed.

To clone Sent Items

You can clone and edit a sent item and then submit the item again.

  1. Select the check box corresponding to the item that you want to clone.

  2. In the menu bar, tap the Clone icon.

  3. Edit the required information.

  4. Submit the form.

To search for Sent Items

You can search for a specific sent item.

  1. On the Action bar, tap the Search icon.

  2. In the Search box, type the keyword for the sent item you want to search.

    The sent items containing the specified keyword are listed.

    To delete Sent Items

    You can also delete the sent items.

    1. Select the check box corresponding to the item that you want to delete.

    2. Tap the Overflow menu, and then tap Delete.

      The selected sent item is deleted.

      To clear Sent Items

      You can clear all the items in the Sent Items folder.

      1. In the Sent Items screen, tap the Overflow menu.

      2. Tap Clear all.

        All the sent items are deleted.

        Note: Sent Items option will not be available if it is disabled in Settings. To enable or disable Sent Items option, see Configuring Sent Items.
