You can block or unblock the mobile application installed in the mobile devices. This feature can be used when a user loses the mobile device and would want to block the access to the application installed in the lost device. Through this feature you can block unauthorized use of the application. After the device is retrieved, the same feature can be used to unblock the application.
The blocking or unblocking feature takes approximately 3 minutes to reflect the changes on the device. Upon receiving a request from a mobile user, the administrator should inform the mobile user about the time taken for the changes to be reflected on the device.
