Delete a View

This section provides detailed procedures for deleting a list view.

Scenario

The Telematics representative wants to delete the Incident Information Read-Only view. To delete a view the user has to select the Delete View option in the Update View screen.

To delete a view

  1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, click Lists, and then click Support Incidents. The Support Incidents list items page appears.

  2. Go to the View drop-down list field and select Incident Information view.

  3. Click Go. The Update View screen appears.

  4. Click the Delete View button at the end of the screen.

To view the result of deleting the view

  • On clicking the View drop-down list you will not be able to find the Incident Information view option in the list.
