BAM Alert Settings

The following example demonstrates BAM alert settings for a sample travel desk process workflow.

In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Workflows. The Workflows page appears.

On the action bar, click New, and then click BAM. The New BAM Workflow wizard appears.

In the Title box, type a name for the workflow, and in the Description box, type a description for the workflow.

Click Save & Continue. The workflow is created, and the Workflow Options wizard appears.

Select Design the Workflow now, which is the default option, and then click Finish. The Process Designer appears.

Design the workflow. For example, Travel Desk Process.

Set Activity Properties for all activities. Refer Developer Guide to configure.

Click Publish to publish this Workflow. The message about successfully publishing the workflow appears.

Click Close.

In the Workflow list page, right-click the Travel Desk Process workflow, and then click Design Workflow. The Process Designer appears.

Click Settings, and then click BAM Configuration. The BAM Configuration window appears.
