Create a Read-Only View

This section provides detailed procedures to create a read only view.
If you want to restrict the users from editing or deleting the list items, then you can check this option. After this option is selected, the other users will not be able to edit or delete the list items in this view.
Scenario
The Telematics Representative wants to make the Status view as the Read-only view in order to restrict the users from editing or deleting the list items in this view.
To create read only view

In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, click Lists, and then click Support Incidents. The Support Incidents list items page appears.

Go to the View drop-down list field and select Create View.

Type the name Status for this view of the list.

Select the Read Only check box to disable the editing and deleting list view options for the end-user.

Click the Create View.
To view the read-only view

Select the Incident Information view from the View drop-down list in the Support Incidents list screen. This view will be a read-only list which cannot be edited or deleted.
