Configure Offline Support

You can enable the offline support to submit the items when the device is offline. By default the Offline Support feature is enabled.

Note: If the Offline Support feature is disabled in AVEVA Work Tasks, you cannot enable it in the Work Tasks Pro app. If the feature is enabled, you can disable or enable it in the app.

To enable offline support

  • On the Settings screen, select Offline Support.

    Offline Support is enabled.

To disable offline support

  • On the Settings screen, clear Offline Support.

    Offline Support is disabled.
