Unable to Restore a Suspended Solution of the Unsupported Region

Issue

An error "The solution definition does not support the specific region." is displayed when unsuspending a Work Tasks solution.

Solution

This error occurs when the Work Tasks solution was created in an unsupported region when regions were not enforced. This error is seen when restoring such a suspended solution.

To restore the suspended solution, contact the technical support team. The supported regions are:

• West US

• Canada

• Singapore
