Human Workflow Services

The Channels enable workflows to make available work items assigned to users through different media. Channels can be defined for specific media types, which are called Channel Types in AVEVA Work Tasks. Human Workflow Services (HWS) Activities in AVEVA Work Tasks announce their support for different Channels.

The Forms enable Actors to act on Work Items using one of the supported Channel Types. Forms can announce their support for multiple Channel Types.
