Create KPI(s) and Set the Threshold Value

To set the threshold value in KPI Level

1. Click the KPI(s) tab to define thresholds for the created KPI Data Points.

2. Click New KPI.

3. In the Name box, enter the name Travel Desk KPI for the KPI.

4. Click Add New to add a Domestic Data Point.

5. In the KPI Data Point drop-down, select Domestic data point to attach.

6. In the Threshold drop-down, select Value, and then enter 5 in the text box.

7. Click the Insert icon.

8. Click Add New to add International Data Point.

9. In the KPI Data Point drop-down, select International data point to attach.

10. In the Threshold drop-down, select Not Set.

11. Click the Insert icon.

12. Click Save.
