Outbox

When the mobile device is not connected to the server while you submit an item, then this item is stored in the queue and is listed in the Outbox. When the mobile device gets connected to the server, the items in the queue are submitted and the corresponding workflows are triggered.

The attachments of the image file format can be viewed in the outbox.

To view Items in Outbox

  • Swipe from the left edge of the screen, and tap Outbox.

    The items which are in the queue are listed.

To edit Items in Outbox

  1. Swipe from the left edge of the screen, and tap Outbox.

    The items which are in the queue are listed.

  2. Tap the item that you want to edit.

    The respective item appears.

  3. Edit the item.

  4. Re-submit the item.

To search for Outbox Items

You can search for a specific Outbox item.

  1. On the Action bar, tap the Search icon.

  2. In the Search box, type the keyword for the Outbox item you want to search.

    The Outbox items containing the specified keyword are listed.

    To delete Items from Outbox

    1. In the Outbox screen, tap the item that you want to delete.

    2. Tap the Overflow menu, and then tap Delete.

      The selected item is deleted from the Outbox.

      To clear Outbox

      You can clear all the items in the Outbox folder.

      1. In the Outbox screen, tap the Overflow menu.

      2. Tap Clear all.

        All the items in the Outbox are deleted.
