Design Workflows for Associated Forms

Design a workflow for the associated form to initiate the workflow when the form is submitted.

Follow the steps for Associating Forms to Workflows till you a get the Bind wizard.

To design a workflow to which the form will be associated

  1. In the Bind wizard, click Design a new workflow.

  2. Select the Execute workflow synchronously check box if you want to execute the associated form synchronously.

  3. Click Next. The New Workflow wizard appears.

  4. In the Title box, type a name for the workflow, and in the Description box, type a description for the workflow.

  5. Click Save & Continue. A workflow is created, and the Workflow Options wizard appears.

  6. Do one of the following:

    Action

    • Design the workflow to which the form will be associated.

    1. Click Design the Workflow now.

    2. Click Finish. The Process Designer for Workflow page appears.

    3. Create a new workflow.

      • Cancel further operations.

      1. Click No task to be performed now.

      2. Click Finish. The Workflow Options wizard is closed.
